Riley has been really trying to open her eyes the last couple days and today she got one open. She especially responded with her eyes when Casey and Mindy talked.
Her ultra sound came back showing a small hole in her heart so, they have her on medication to help the hole grow shut. She will be tested again tomorrow to see if it is working.
Cody got to see her for the first time today he was at EFY all week and didn't even know Mindy had had the baby (He took this picture) Riley was waving at Cody and Paul when they came to see her today. Casey said this was the most active he'd ever seen her.
I asked the nurse how they put the bow in her hair and she told us they used Elmers glue. LOL! Today she weighed 1 lb 9 oz

Awe, I cried when i saw these pictures of her. She's so beautiful!! Im really glad to hear she's doing as well as she is. That little baby is so lucky to come into this world with so many people to love her. My heart goes out to you guys. I hope for only the best for her, she's got A LOT to live for.
